Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review the terms below for exchanges.
Quick Summary
- Exchange window: Request within 2 days of delivery.
- Condition: Original packaging, no excessive usage, no damage.
- Shipping: Return shipping paid by customer; replacement shipping PKR 200.
- Fulfillment: New perfume ships within 7 days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Refunds: Not offered at this time (exchanges only).
Eligibility for Exchange
- The exchange request must be initiated within 2 days of the delivery date.
- The perfume must be in its original packaging (box, inserts, protective wrapping) with no excessive usage and no damage.
- All accessories, gifts, or promotional items received with the order must be returned together.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us: Within 2 days of delivery, share your order number and reason for exchange via our support:

- Return shipment: Once approved, send the perfume back within 2 days using secure packaging to prevent transit damage. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Inspection: We inspect the returned item within 24–48 hours of receipt.
- Dispatch replacement: After approval, your chosen replacement perfume will be shipped within 7 days. Replacement shipping fee: PKR 200 (paid by customer).
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping: Paid by the customer.
- Replacement shipping: PKR 200, paid by the customer.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable
- Opened, heavily used, or damaged perfumes.
- Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories/gifts.
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video. After verification, we will provide a free replacement or a solution at our discretion.
Refunds
At this time, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available under the terms above.
Important Notes
- Orders with Cash on Delivery (COD) are eligible for exchange as per this policy.
- Color/packaging may vary slightly due to screen settings and production runs.
- Rahnaar reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice. The version on this page is the latest.
